HODL累積帳戶隱私權政策
「HODL累積帳戶」（以下稱「本服務」，網址 app.hodltw.com 及其 App）由個人開發者 Belive 營運。本政策說明本服務蒐集哪些資料、如何使用與保護，以及你可以行使的權利。
一、我們蒐集的資料

我們不做的事
- 不販售、出租或交換你的個人資料。
- 沒有廣告，也沒有使用第三方廣告或行為追蹤工具。
- 不連結、不存取你的券商帳戶，也不會替你下單。
- 「複製給 AI 分析」「匯入持股」只會把文字複製到你的剪貼簿，由你自己決定貼到哪個 AI 服務；本服務不會自動把資料傳給任何 AI。
二、使用目的
- 提供記帳、計算、雲端同步與跨裝置使用。
- 查詢公開報價、除權息與交易狀態，並在你設定時傳送提醒通知。
- 救回誤刪資料、維持服務安全與穩定。
- 統計活躍用戶數以改善服務（只看總數，不分析個人行為）。
- 回覆你的問題與意見。
三、委託處理的服務供應商
以下供應商依其各自的隱私政策，替本服務處理必要的資料：
- Google Firebase（帳號驗證、雲端資料庫）
- Cloudflare（網站代管、報價伺服器、推播轉送、電子郵件轉寄）
- Apple／Google／瀏覽器推播服務（僅在你開啟推播時）
公開報價與除權息資料來自臺灣證券交易所與證券櫃檯買賣中心，由我們的伺服器查詢，只使用股票代號，不會提供你的任何個人資料給這些機構。
四、保存期間與刪除
- 記帳資料在你的帳號存續期間保存。你可以隨時在 App 內刪除任何一筆紀錄。
- 每日快照保留 14 天、「最近刪除」保留 30 天，到期自動清除。
- 刪除帳號：在 App 內「更多 → 設定 → 帳號 → 刪除帳號」，輸入密碼確認後，會立即永久刪除你的帳號、所有記帳資料、每日快照、最近刪除紀錄與推播設定，無法復原。
- 無法登入時，也可以用註冊的 Email 寄信到 [email protected] 申請刪除，我們會在 30 天內處理並回信告知。
- 伺服器供應商的一般連線紀錄與系統備份，會依其保存期限自動清除。
- 關閉推播後，推播訂閱資料即刪除。
五、資料安全
- 所有連線皆以 HTTPS 加密傳輸。
- 資料庫規則限制只有你的帳號能讀寫你的資料，其他用戶無法存取。
- 報價伺服器只接受已登入用戶的請求。
- 營運者只在排除故障、處理你的申請或法律要求時，才會存取個別用戶資料。
六、你的權利
依中華民國《個人資料保護法》，你可以向我們請求：查詢或閱覽、製給複本、補充或更正、停止蒐集處理或利用、刪除你的個人資料。請寄信到 [email protected]，我們會在收到後 30 天內處理。你也可以隨時在 App 內自行修改或刪除記帳資料。
七、未成年人
本服務不以未滿 13 歲的兒童為對象。未成年人使用前，應取得法定代理人同意。
八、非投資建議
本服務是記帳與試算工具。所有試算、預測、範例組合與提醒僅供參考，不構成投資建議。
九、政策變更
本政策如有修改，會公布在本頁並更新日期；重大變更會在 App 內另行通知。

Privacy Policy
HODL累積帳戶 ("HODL", the "Service", available at app.hodltw.com and its apps) is operated by an individual developer, Belive. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use and protect it, and your rights. If the Chinese and English versions differ, the Chinese version prevails.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: email address and password. Passwords are hashed by Google Firebase Authentication; we cannot see them.
- Data you enter: buy/sell/stock-dividend records, income, goals, allocation, investment rules, price alerts and settings. Stored in Google Cloud Firestore (Taiwan region, asia-east1).
- Automatic backups: daily snapshots (kept 14 days) and "Recently deleted" items (kept 30 days) so you can recover mistakes.
- Usage: last-active timestamp (updated at most once per hour per device), used only to count active users.
- Quote requests: the ticker symbols you hold and your sign-in token are sent to our quote server (Cloudflare) to verify you and fetch public prices, dividend and trading-status data. Share counts and amounts are not sent. The provider may keep standard connection logs (e.g. IP address, time).
- Push notifications (optional): only if you enable them — the push subscription provided by your browser, your alert prices and market-drawdown settings. Pending messages are kept up to 7 days. Delivered via Apple, Google or your browser's push service.
- Support emails: the content and address of emails you send to [email protected].
- On-device data: display preferences and cache stored in your browser storage; not uploaded.
We do not sell or share your personal data, show ads, use third-party advertising or tracking tools, or connect to your brokerage account. "Copy for AI analysis" and "Import holdings" only copy text to your clipboard; the Service never sends your data to any AI service.
2. How we use data
To provide record-keeping, calculations, cloud sync and cross-device access; to fetch public market data and send alerts you set up; to recover deleted data and keep the Service secure; to count active users; and to respond to you.
3. Service providers
Google Firebase (authentication, database), Cloudflare (hosting, quote server, push relay, email forwarding), and Apple/Google/browser push services (only if push is enabled). Public market data comes from the Taiwan Stock Exchange and the Taipei Exchange, queried by our server using ticker symbols only.
4. Retention and deletion
Your records are kept while your account exists, and you can delete any record in the app at any time. Snapshots expire after 14 days and "Recently deleted" items after 30 days. To delete your account, go to More → Settings → Account → Delete account in the app and confirm with your password; your account, records, snapshots, recently deleted items and push settings are deleted immediately and permanently. If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from your registered address and we will delete it within 30 days. Provider connection logs and system backups expire under their own retention schedules. Push data is deleted when you turn push off.
5. Security
All connections use HTTPS. Database rules allow only your account to read and write your data. The quote server accepts only signed-in users. The operator accesses individual data only to fix problems, handle your requests, or when required by law.
6. Your rights
Under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act you may request access, a copy, correction, restriction of processing, or deletion of your personal data by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
7. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13. Minors should obtain consent from a parent or guardian.
8. Not investment advice
The Service is a record-keeping and calculation tool. Projections, sample portfolios and alerts are for reference only and are not investment advice.
9. Changes
We will post changes on this page and update the date; material changes will also be announced in the app.
